There's not much to write about them. Their line-up has changed a lot. They started out forming the band in 1992, but, finally brought it out front in November 1995.
The band's name was suggested by Joey Jordison and the band started experimenting with their image by trying out a lot of things like wearing grotesque masks. They have also designed special leather masks for their fans called 'Maggot Masks' worn by the girl in the video 'Vermilion Pt. 1'.
